Over the past decade, Waltz Vineyards has been the host of many viticulture seminars organized by Mark Chien of Pennsylvania State University's Cooperative Extension in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. 

These photos were taken during an Educational Seminar featuring Dr. Richard Smart, "The Flying Vine Doctor", from Tasmania.  The topic of discussion was proper canopy management.
