It is absolutely essential that there is an adult, 21 years of age or older, at the shipping address you provided at the time of your enrollment, to legally provide a signature and receive your shipment. If you originally provided a home address for shipping and there will not be an adult present on a regular basis, we strongly urge you to use a business address to minimize the possibility of missing a delivery attempt. Please email or call (717) 664-9463 to discuss this matter and potential options. Like you, we really want you to get your wine on the first delivery attempt.
Shipping costs vary and are based on the delivery address and current fuel surcharges so we are unable to give you an actual cost of the shipping charges.
Several days before each scheduled shipment, you will receive an email providing you with the information of when your credit card will be billed and the approximate date your shipment will leave our facility. If you know yourself or someone else (over 21 years of age) will not be able to receive the wine at your home address, it is vital that you let us know as soon as possible so you can make alternative arrangements. The carrier (UPS) will make three delivery attempts and then return your shipment to our winery. Please note: once your wine is in transit we cannot re-direct it in any way – you will however, have access to the UPS tracking information and can re-direct it yourself if necessary. We do encourage you to use a business address whenever possible.
In order to serve you best, we need you to inform us via email or call (717) 664-9463 at least three days prior to the shipment if a person of legal age will not be available to receive a particular shipment; we’ll gladly acknowledge your request and set up a new shipment date for you, or change the shipping address if instructed by you. If your wine shipment is returned to the winery after the three delivery attempts have been made, then we’ll ask you to be responsible for the re-shipment charge.
Providing you give us advance notice, via phone (717) 664-9463 or email us so we can arrange to hold your package so you can pick it up in person. Please let us know which Tasting Room you would prefer to stop in at so we can have your allocation ready for you.
Yes: we can set up your account to have all quarterly packages held for pick up rather than shipping to your home/business address.
Though we hate to see you leave our Club, if you do need to cancel, please contact us via phone or email and we will close your account. We do understand there may be occasions when you may need to place your membership on hold due to moving or some other similar circumstance, so please contact us and we will not charge you for the upcoming package(s) depending on the amount of time you request.
