Wine Club – Terms & Conditions

Effective March 2026

By enrolling in the Waltz Vineyards Estate Winery Wine Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

You affirm that you are at least 21 years of age. An adult aged 21 or older must be present to receive and sign for all wine deliveries.

2. Membership & Billing

By enrolling, you authorize Waltz Vineyards Estate Winery to securely store your payment information and charge the credit card on file for all Wine Club shipment orders, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Shipments are processed on a quarterly basis. Members receive advance notification prior to each billing cycle. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure all account, billing, and shipping information is accurate and up to date before processing.

3. Membership Tiers

Waltz Wine Club offers three membership levels:

  • 3 Bottles – 10% discount on all wine purchases
  • 6 Bottles – 15% discount on all wine purchases
  • 12 Bottles – 20% discount on all wine purchases

Members may select Reds Only, Whites Only, or Mixed for each shipment.

4. Minimum Commitment

Wine Club membership requires a minimum commitment of two (2) consecutive quarterly shipments. Cancellation is permitted only after this minimum has been fulfilled.

5. Customization

Members may customize their Wine Club selections through their online account, including swapping wines, upgrading quantities, or adding additional bottles. All customizations must be completed prior to the billing date. Once a shipment order has been processed, it cannot be modified.

6. Membership Benefits

Active Wine Club members receive:

  • 10%, 15%, or 20% off all wine purchases (based on tier)
  • Complimentary tasting flight for the member plus up to three (3) guests per visit
  • Invitations to exclusive member events, including library tastings, vertical tastings, special release socials, and lawn concerts
  • First access to pre-release wines and wine pairing dinners at local restaurants
  • Access to library and limited-production wines

Membership benefits are non-transferable and intended solely for active members. Complimentary tastings begin on the member’s next visit following enrollment and are not available on the day of signup.

A membership may include up to two (2) individuals aged 21 or older residing in the same household. A member must be present to utilize membership benefits.

7. Shipping & Pickup

Members may choose to pick up their Wine Club allocations at the winery or have them shipped where legally permitted. Pickup is available at our Manheim estate, Kitchen Kettle Village, or Lampeter Corner. Members can select their preferred pickup location through their online account.

Waltz Vineyards Estate Winery does not offer international shipping. We are currently licensed to ship to the following states:

AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, MD, MN, NC, NH, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TX, VA, WA, WY

All shipment orders are shipped via UPS Ground. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes; a physical address is required. Upon delivery, the recipient must present valid identification verifying they are 21 years of age or older.

UPS will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. If a shipment is returned to the winery, the member will be contacted to arrange pickup or re-shipment. Additional shipping fees will apply.

In cases of extreme weather (below 35°F or above 90°F), shipments may be delayed to protect the quality of the wine.

8. Title & Compliance

All wines are sold in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and title passes to the buyer in Pennsylvania. Waltz Vineyards Estate Winery makes no representation regarding the legal rights of any individual to ship or import wine into any state or jurisdiction outside of Pennsylvania.

9. Account Management

Skipping a Shipment

After completing the two-shipment minimum commitment, members may skip one (1) shipment per calendar year. Skip requests should be directed to the Wine Club Manager at anne@waltzvineyards.com.

Cancellation

Wine Club membership is free to join. After the two-shipment minimum commitment has been fulfilled, members may cancel at any time by contacting the Wine Club Manager at anne@waltzvineyards.com.

All Wine Club shipment orders processed prior to cancellation are nonrefundable.

10. Declined Payment

If a payment method is declined, the member will be notified and must update their payment information before the processing date. If the issue is not resolved by the processing date, the missed shipment will count as the member’s allowable skip for that calendar year.

If payment issues persist for two (2) consecutive quarters, Waltz Vineyards Estate Winery reserves the right to suspend membership benefits until the matter is resolved.

11. Order Fulfillment & Pickup Policy

Wine Club shipment orders designated for winery pickup must be collected within one (1) year of the billing date. After that time, the exact wines included in the original allocation may no longer be available, and unclaimed orders may be returned to inventory.

If you are unable to pick up your order within this window, please contact the Wine Club Manager to request an extension or arrange shipment. Shipping fees will be charged to the card on file.

12. Membership Status

If a member misses two (2) consecutive shipments without communication, Waltz Vineyards Estate Winery reserves the right to suspend membership benefits until contact is reestablished.

13. Events

Some events are exclusive to Wine Club members, while others may allow members to bring guests. Event access and availability may vary.

14. Policy Updates

Waltz Vineyards Estate Winery reserves the right to interpret, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email.
